Order and Development Process

Stage 1

Order Request.

Once you submit your order request, we begin with an initial consultation via video call or WhatsApp to understand your specific needs. After this consultation, we create 3D design concepts for your garden room. Once the designs are agreed upon, we schedule an on-site meeting at your location to finalize the details, sign the order agreement, and prepare for construction.

Stage 2

On-site meeting, order agreement.

During the on-site meeting at the client's location, we assess the land where the garden room will be built, finalize the exterior and interior and other details, and most importantly, set the schedule for construction work and material delivery. At this stage, we also sign the order-agreement with a 15% deposit

Stage 3

Start of construction.

After order confirmation, we begin construction on the agreed date. A week before the start, we request the second payment of 50% to order SIP panels, windows, doors, and other materials. The construction process usually takes around 10 working days (or 2 weeks). After the first week of work, we request the third and final payment of 35% to purchase the remaining interior and exterior materials. In rare cases, construction may take a few extra days to complete.

Stage 4

Product delivery.

Once construction is complete, we conduct a delivery revision to check the quality of the build, including the the electrical installation, as well as the interior and exterior finishes. After this thorough inspection, we sign off on the contract, confirming that the product has been successfully delivered.

Payment plan

We offer a flexible payment plan divided into three parts to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow throughout the construction process.

First Payment (Deposit)

The first payment-deposit is made on-site during Stage 2, when the final design, terms, and construction dates are agreed upon. The first payment-deposit is the order confirmation and is set at 15%.

Second Payment

The second payment is requested one to two weeks before construction begins. This payment is used to order and deliver materials to the client’s location for the scheduled start date. The second payment is set at 50%.

Third-final Payment

The third and final payment is requested five days after construction begins. This payment is used to order the remaining interior and exterior materials needed for the final finishes of the garden room. The third payment is set at 35%.
